Delivery Information

We deliver to every area in Lebanon.

Delivery fee: $5 per order, anywhere in Lebanon. Free delivery on orders of $50 or more within Beirut region, and on orders of $100 or more from any region.

Delivery time: 3–5 business days from order confirmation. Business days are Monday to Saturday; we don’t deliver on Sundays or public holidays.

Payment: cash on delivery. You pay the driver when your order arrives, in US dollars or the equivalent in Lebanese pounds at the day’s rate.

How it works

1. Place your order on the website or on WhatsApp.
2. We call or message you to confirm your order and address.
3. Your order is checked and packed, then handed to our delivery partner.
4. The driver contacts you before arriving. Pay in cash on delivery.

Tips for a smooth delivery

• Add a clear address and nearby landmark, or share your location link at checkout.
• Keep your phone reachable so the driver can find you.
• Check your package when it arrives. If something is damaged or missing, message us on WhatsApp within 3 days (see Returns, Refunds & Warranty).
